Learn about diet for children and young people with diabetes.Developed by Region Nordjylland.Join us on the dietary journey to outer space, where you meet the residents of the space station, who, through fun games, train your knowledge of carbohydrates in food.
The diet trip is for you aged 8-15 who have diabetes.The game was developed together with skilled dietitians and diabetes nurses from Aalborg University Hospital and the Regional Hospital in Hjørring and can be used as a supplement to the education you receive about diabetes.
The diet journey can teach you in a fun way about how food affects blood sugar.
